GO GO GO GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cup kale
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp olive leaf extract
1 scoop green vibrance
2-3 ice cubes
Stevia to taste
Add coconut milk 1st and then the rest, so they blend up well and don't stick. Blend on high and long so that it is not too thick.
* You can add strawberries or blueberries to sweeten, or you can use a frozen banana instead of the avocado to thicken and lighten up the greens taste. This smoothie has more vitamins and nutrients than we could eat in one day ... it is not for the weak. The plus is that you will feel super charged and full for a long time. Enjoy!
