Christmas Is Coming | Please Help Me Donate To A Family In Need

Please help this Skinny Fiber distributor raise enough donations to bless a family in need this Christmas! $1 or more would be awesome; I will donate $5, $10 or $15 per sale.

"Christmas is coming, the geese are getting fat ..." My husband looked at me like I was nuts when I played this song today. He had no idea what it was ... Do you remember it???

Maybe I'm being too "girly" right now or just showing my age, but I like to have fun while working and helping is my "thing" especially at Christmas time! I learned this "Christmas Is Coming" rhyme as a toddler and it stuck with me all of these years. I sang it to my children and now I am writing it out as a direct point for you.

Christmas is coming, the geese are getting fat
(also, ... the goose is getting fat)
Please do put a penny in the old man's hat
If you haven't got a penny, a ha'penny will do
If you haven't got a ha'penny, then God bless you!

Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat
Please put a penny in the old man's hat
If you have no penny, a ha'penny will do
If you have no ha'penny, then God bless you!

Christmas is a charitable time!

The point of that "Christmas is Coming" rhyme was to teach children that while some could afford to buy a goose and fatten it up for Christmas dinner, others could not and Christmas is a charitable time to give according to your means "if you have no penny, a ha'penny will do. If you have no ha'penny, then God bless you!". It has always been a reminder to me to give when I can and reminder what was given to me.

In fact, there were a few times in my life when I really needed help at this time of year.

I was a single mother working two jobs, going to college and paying for all of my kids needs with no child support. Christmas charity came to me by God's grace and the generosity of others. Once I won a radio station contest and they bought all of the christmas presents on my children's wish list just a few days before Christmas. Another time an organization helped even though I did not apply for the help. Once I was trying to buy a cheap christmas tree off of Craigslist and responded to a post for a free tree from a woman in the neighboring community. On the day we picked up the tree she asked for our address because she worked as a housekeeper for a philanthropist that wanted to send us a Christmas gift. I was freaked out at first (LOL), but she seemed so genuine that I gave her our address. We ended up receiving an extremely generous contribution that paid for some household bills, food and put gifts under the tree. Little did he know how much that meant to us that year because I could breath the following month at not having to spend my bill money on Christmas. I would love to do the same for a family, so please read on.

Please Donate To Help A Family In Need Have An Incredible Christmas

My husband and I would really like to help a family in need this Christmas. We will donate from each sale we make and need your support to raise the rest of the money by December 22, 2013; this way the family has time to shop for their needs. We will reach our goal if f all of our friends donate at least $1 or more.

Please donate help a family in need this Christmas. I am using a creditable non-profit website that is letting me post this fundraiser on their site. When you check out, you can enter as little as $1 or what ever you want to donate. The non-profit puts an optional percent to help for site expenses, but you can remove that if you want to and just donate the set amount for the family. This is customary of sites like this. If you don't like this site and would prefer to donate directly to me for this family, please Contact Me and you can donate by Paypal.

The goal here is if everyone donates at least $1 then I will surely make goal or if you are at this blog because you were planning to buy Skinny Fiber, then I will donate $5, $10 or $15 from my sales as follows:

($5, $10 or $15 donated depending on package)

($5, $10 or $15 donated depending on package)

* I would really like to donate more per sale and will if I can by the 22rd of the month, but since I am helping to support my family via Skinny Fiber and had unexpected travel last month for my Grandfather's funeral, this is what I can commit to do. This is why I am also putting a donation link here to for anyone that would like to help me make this an even more successful contribution for a family by making a cash donation - this would be such a blessing as this is my first time fundraising like this and I do not know how well we will do. Thank you for understanding and helping if you can! My contributions from Dec 3rd to 21st from whygowithout account, so that I can add them by 22nd.
